ANTONINO OCCHIPINTI (NINI): 2009

Nini Occhipinti never ceases to surprise us. At the Technical Center of Coverciano, he holds the license to First Class Coach UEFA-PRO, a qualification that will allow him to train, in addition to professional teams, the national team of any country. Before the Commission, the Technical University Vittorio Tubi, the Technical Foundations Professor Franco Ferrari and Technical Programming of Soccer Training Mario Marella, Nini got his degree discussing the thesis on the COACH PSHICOLOGIC FUNCTIONS IN THE CONDUCT OF A SOCCER TEAM.

The Master, called Supercorso First Class Master UEFA- PRO, is the ultimate step in the career of a professional Coach, the most coveted, the one to which those practicing the profession aspire to but to which few arrive.

Nini, for the duration of the course, worked 8 hours a day in the main hall of Coverciano, following the technical and tactical lessons taught by highly experienced technicians, the psycho-physical teachings given by eminent professors and meetings with successful coaches, who lectured on their experiences in this profession. He also participated in some Stages outside the federal structure assisting in training teams such as Juve, Sampdoria, Inter, AC Milan and Chievo. To understand better the extent of the success achieved by our friend Nini, let me just mention a few names of his companions in the course: Costacurta, Ciro Ferrara , Daniel Bertoni, Ravanelli, Torricelli, Agostini, Marcolin, Venturin, Incocciati, Chierico, Buso, Luppi and other players who have played for years in the Best Italian Teams. It is a master who gives luster towards a future of great prestige, if you think that came out here earlier coaches and managers of the Italian National Teams, like Trapattoni, Lippi, Sacchi, Donadoni, just to mention the last four technical blue.

Let’s remember that Nini Occhipinti is a professional coach since 1996 and has trained different teams in Italy, he pursued his profession practicing mainly abroad, in the United States and Africa. Among the teams, he has led the Libyan Al Etihad Tripoli and Sawada Club Bengazi. But from now on, the offers from prestigious clubs will not be long in coming. That's what we all hope for our friend Nini, for the affection that binds us to him, but, above all, to reach this important milestone. Nini continues to fight, in his profession as well as in Life. With this undertaking, he made us understand that there is no age barrier to realize the dream, that there are no foreclosures or obstacles if you are determined to reach the set goal.
